Privacy notice
1. Who is responsible
Nextis Georgia LLC (შპს ნექსტის საქართველო), identification code 405863070, Kobuleti 19, 0179 Tbilisi, Georgia ("Nextis", "we") is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.
For anything about your data, write to otto@nextis.ge. For everything else, hello@nextis.ge.
In short
nextis.ge sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. We only receive what you type into the contact form, and our servers keep technical logs for 30 days.
2. What this notice covers
This notice covers the website nextis.ge, including its blog and its contact form.
Our products have their own notices, which apply when you use them:
- Companion (companion.nextis.ge and the Nextis app): the Companion privacy policy at companion.nextis.ge/privacy.
- AI Accountant (ai.nextis.ge, also shown inside pages of this site): the AI Accountant privacy notice at ai.nextis.ge/privacy. If you ask a question in the chat on this site, that notice applies to it.
3. What we collect
When you write to us through the contact form: your name, your email address, the topic you choose and your message. The form also sends an empty hidden field that only automated spam fills in; such submissions are discarded.
When you visit any page: our servers record technical logs — your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's type and version.
To stop abuse of the contact form, we count submissions per IP address. The count is kept in memory for at most 10 minutes.
What we don't do: nextis.ge sets no cookies, uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and loads no third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own servers. Choosing a language is a plain link; nothing is stored in your browser.
4. Why we use it
| What | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Contact form details | To read and answer your message, and to follow up on what you asked about | Steps you ask us to take, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us |
| Server logs and the per-IP count | To keep the site running and secure, and to prevent spam and abuse | Our legitimate interest in security |
We don't use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we don't sell personal data.
5. Who receives it
Service providers that process data on our instructions:
| Provider | What for | What data | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hetzner Online GmbH | Servers that host the site and receive the form | Contact form details, server logs | European Union (Finland) |
| Resend | Delivering your message to our inbox | Your name, email address, topic and message | USA |
Inside Nextis, your message is read by the people who handle enquiries. We share personal data with authorities only when the law requires it. If Nextis is reorganised or sold, data may pass to the successor, which must keep to this notice.
6. International transfers
Our servers are in the European Union. Resend is in the USA. For that transfer we rely on appropriate safeguards — standard contractual clauses and, where the provider is certified, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework — as required by Georgia's Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can ask us for details at otto@nextis.ge.
7. How long we keep it
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Your message and contact details | As long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 2 years after our last exchange. If you become a Companion customer, the Companion privacy policy applies from then on. |
| Server logs | Up to 30 days |
| The per-IP count for the contact form | Up to 10 minutes |
8. Your rights
Under Georgia's Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it if it is wrong or incomplete;
- delete it, or limit how we use it;
- object to how we use it on the basis of our legitimate interest.
Write to otto@nextis.ge from the email address you used. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We aim to reply within 10 working days.
You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge) or, if you are in the EU/EEA, to your local data protection authority.
9. Changes to this notice
When this notice changes, we update the date at the top of the page. If a change matters for data we already hold, we will tell the people concerned.
