Nextis Georgia is a growth-stage fintech startup based in Tbilisi. We provide technology, outsourced accounting and financial management, payroll, and compliance services to startups, small businesses and impact-driven organizations.
The role
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to help build our financial services practice from the ground up. You will shape how our services are designed and delivered, grow our client base, and be the main contact for the clients you manage.
Responsibilities
- Help design, build and scale Nextis's financial services offering: accounting, financial management, payroll and compliance
- Grow the client base by finding, onboarding and developing new clients
- Work directly with clients and manage relationships so they stay with us for the long term
- Help set up the processes, standards and quality controls a growing practice needs
- Work closely with leadership on service strategy and priorities
Requirements
- Solid experience in financial management, accounting or finance advisory, including senior-level responsibility
- Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills
- Comfortable in a startup setting: hands-on, self-directed and eager to build something new
- Fluent Russian is required
- Ukrainian is an asset
- Professional working English
Location and terms
- Fully remote
- We prefer candidates whose time zone is within 3 hours of Tbilisi (GMT+4), but this is not a strict cutoff
